This is an incredibly positive place with extremely helpful and friendly service. It's just a 7-minute walk to the main entrance of the national park, and you'll find a night market right outside the guesthouse. Upon arrival, we received a map and clear instructions on how to navigate the park's main attractions. The staff even helped us get all our entrance tickets. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting this amazing place. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable.

At the guest house, every unit is equipped with a desk and a TV. Just next to the ancient town, the owner was extremely helpful and spoke English. Do not attempt to the place on your own as we did :) The owner offers to wait for you at the bus stop/taxi stop and accompany you to the hotel, which is only a couple of minutes away.

We asked so many questions about different activities and getting to places and they always gave detailed information. We were given two separate rooms because there was a problem with what we booked and they let us check in very early with no hassle. Very close to Tianmen mountain Line A entrance and 72 wonder towers!

It’s close to the Main Street where there’s lots of food options and shopping. It’s right by the river walk which is so nice. It’s a 15min walk to zhangjiajie national park entrance! Lastly, the staff here are absolutely fantastic. She customized our stay by recommending an itinerary on our arrival based on our duration of stay. Very thorough and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

Very friendly owner and we loved the breakfast. Hotel is in a quiet street and close to the east entrance of the park.

At Zhangjiajie Walishanfang Guest Hous every room is fitted with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Extremely helpful owner that went above and beyond. He spent so much time explaining the best routes to take, laid out how much time each part of the park will take and all the prices for cableways and alternative paths. Also let us know the parts of the park that are currently closed so we don't waste any time. There is a microwave, he will put any items in the fridge for you, and also kindly helped us figure out laundry on the roof. Location can't get any better, dozens of restaurants in the area and Zhangjiajie gate was exactly a 5 minute walk away.

Buffet and à la carte breakfast options with local specialities, pancakes and fruits are available. At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves Chinese cuisine. Thanks to the staff very helpful and kind, the location was very close to the park and the view from our room was heart taking,very beautiful. For sure i will return to this beautiful hotel

The hotel members were super friendly and could speak english very well. They arranged everything for us e.g.: transfers to Zhangjiajie, Tianmen mountain, railway station, Glass bridge… We had a positve expreience, and I fully recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to visit this region.
