It's not too long a walk to Paul to catch the aluguers though it's important to keep in mind the island is huge and it takes time and money to get around. I regretted moving to another area b/c I really loved my stay here.

The rooms are comfortable, the location great and it was just a happy place to be. I’m not the only one who extended my stay while there! Communication was also excellent - with the team accommodating my request for good internet in my room, as well as providing multiple options to work across the house. I’ll definitely be back. Breakfast was at the top and flexible between 7 and 9 with an omelet and plenty of cold fixings to fill one up. Arranged a shared taxi for my return trip to the airport that picked me up at the guesthouse. The room was large and fairly comfortable with nice hot water in the shower.

The guest house features family rooms. Spacious rooms, private bathroom, friendly staff and daily breakfast was great. The location was also within walking distance to great restaurants.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. It’s a simple but really cozy hotel. The view of the beach was so beautiful. The working ladies are super nice and warm. We got a delicious breakfast and dinner on the hotel’s restaurant.

The view from the property is outstanding. The walks and surrounding mountains are awe inspiring. We really enjoyed our stay at this new listing. Our host was welcoming, the house was super clean and the evening meal was tasty and all homemade. Our hosts very kindly helped with finding a private car to the coast when we needed to leave and couldn’t have been more helpful. Definitely a good place to spend a night or 2

At the guest house, units have a wardrobe. There is also a fridge, kitchenware and a kettle. At the guest house, the units are fitted with a private bathroom and bed linen. Casa Praia has a perfect location right at the Atlantic Ocean. We had an attractive room, not large and minimally furnished, but everything we needed was there. All very clean and well maintained. The place has only two guest rooms and a wonderfully sheltered communal outdoor area (and kitchen) with sea views. We were lucky that we were the only guests and therefore had the casa to ourselves for the entire day. Manager Jörg is super friendly and communicates quickly and efficiently. He knows a lot about Tarrafal and the surrounding area. You can also contact him to arrange transport (boat, taxi, etc.). Breakfast was more than sufficient in quantity, although we would have appreciated a little more variety in fruit. And maybe something like yogurt with muesli and/or cornflakes... That said, what do you expect in a place 'at the end of the world', so no complaints. We enjoyed our stay!
