Catherine is lovely and can provide lots of practical advice and information about the local area and getting out and about. Whether a boutique or other store, or sights and restaurants and food stores, Catherine can help. The apartment we had was compact yet pefect for such a great location in the 3rd arrondisement. Wonderfully clean and quiet, and decorated as befitting a little oasis behind a big, old wooden gate and door on a cobbled Parisian street. The separate sitting room for the use of all guests, including basic cooking facilities and a combined washer/dryer, mean this apartment is perfect for a Paris stay. A Coffee machine in the room - and a little fridge - as well as complimentary snacks and sparkling water in the shared space, help give this accommodation a superb rating in our view. Sadly we only had three nights - we would have happily stayed for much longer.

La Maison d'Anne offers self-catering accommodation in a 1610s building, located just 400 metres from Notre Dame Cathedral, in central Paris. In the Medieval basement with stone walls you can enjoy a heated plunge pool with swim jets, a sauna, a football table and a fitness room. Absolutely loved our stay. The family was so nice and friendly, really made us feel welcome and safe. The room was large, comfortable, plenty of extra pillows and towels. The pool and sauna downstairs were very enjoyable! I highly recommend this accommodation.

Common Kitchen is available only on request Villa du Square was a unique experience for us as a couple on a return visit to Paris. This lovely property is filled with charm and beautiful works of Art. Our room was very comfortable and we felt well rested every morning. Our hosts made us feel welcome and provided a good breakfast to get us started for our days of exploring.

With garden views, this accommodation provides a terrace. Outdoor seating is also available at the guest house. We had such a beautiful time at Annick’s & Frédéric’s place. Two such kind-hearted people! We actually thought we had booked a regular hotel room but quickly realized we are being welcomed into a warm family home, having one floor of the house just for us. We had full privacy while being able to immerse into a authentic Parisian home. The location of the place is great. The metro is just a few steps away and takes you to all the breathtaking spots of the city. We had no noise at all during the nights (we got told that sometimes on the weekends you might hear some partying outside). Just around the place are some beautiful tiny cafés and restaurants, which seemed to be very popular with the Parisians. A great experience – we definitely want to come back.
