This is better than virtually any hotel room I've stayed in and the attention to detail was beyond expectations. Great location, quiet too and off street parking. Would stay again in a heart beat.

We are not used to put a 10 but they deserve it. Welcoming was perfect, beautiful house and room also. Big car park and wonderful breakfast, with all homemade. Host also helped us to find where to eat in a good Welsh pub.

We couldn't asked for a better place to stay, warming studio with very comfy bed and the view from our windows were amazing. There's plenty of shops/pubs within 10min walk from James place. We forgot to thank you for the lovely Wales cakes James. We certainly coming back!!! It was perfect! Highly recommended. Thank you so much James& family.

All this, combined with the friendliness and unobtrusive helpfulness of the host and her delicious breakfasts made for an unforgettable stay in Brecon.
