And the 3 kids of course, what a delight to see them running around! And breakfast was right on the dot, needless to mention delicious :)

The bunk beds were comfortable and had enough space to put your things. There was a cozy hangout area with bean bags. Bathrooms were nice and clean. We did the surf lessons through the hostel which were super fun. The instructors were really knowledgeable and helped us improve our surfing so much. We also got a massage at the new oasis spa on the property which was very nice. The breakfast was also really tasty and had good options—smoothie bowls, pancakes, egg sandwich, eggs. What made this stay really exceptional, however, was the staff! They were all so friendly and helpful. It was so sad to say goodbye after our 5 days at secret spot!

We highly recommend taking advantage of the tours offered, as in just two days, we were able to discover all the beauty of the area and learn many fascinating details about the life of the Sasak people.

We had the loveliest stay at Mysha Guest house in Tetebatu. The room was beautiful, made by community members with local bamboo. The staff cooked amazing breakfast and dinner for us, with the freshest ingredients from the backyard and the community. Amin was the kindest, funniest and most generous tour guide. He shared knowledge around rice production that has been passed down through generations with us. He also took us to the local market, local waterfall, and to see the local production of bamboo crafts and textiles. Everyone in the community was so generous and welcoming. It was a very authentic Indonesian experience. Terima kasih!

At the guest house, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. We LOVED our stay at Follow The Rabbit. The guys that work there are truly one of a kind! So sweet and treated us like friends. We even got a cooking class from Robby! The little restaurant they have on site has the most delicious home cooked vegan food. The bunnies and cats on the property were a treat to see and pet every day. We 100% recommend staying here if you get the chance. Such a perfect location and you can rent bikes from them. We extended our stay three times because we loved it so much. Thanks to them for making our Gili experience spectacular!!
