We had a great stay at the guesthouse on top of the hill. The location is great next to the cross roads of Golden Circle and the road to south coast. The facilities were in really great shape and the rooms were comfy and clean.

The guest house has private entrance. The location and the cabin. It was amazing! But the best thing for us was the owner, who was worried about us (we spent 2 nights during a weather red alert ). This place has a huge common/living room, a kitchen and a big bedroom all for a price which is unimaginable for Iceland. The hosts were kind, kitchen was really well stocked and spacious and we were in the middle of a geothermal village. My one big regret- not staying here long enough. Hope to be back soon.
