We loved the cookies we received as a gift from Sara the hostess. Sara was lovely, helped us with parking and explained to us where to go, how to get in and avoid ztl, gave us great recommendations about the city, and was there for anything we needed. There is a parking lot very close to the apartment, very convenient.

I stayed only for one night after a very long and tiring trip and Residenza via Verdi had all the conveniences I hoped for and more: it is located 3 minutes from the train station on foot, in a safe and clean building, and the unit itself is impeccably clean and beautifully kept. There was water and juice in the room and tea and coffee in the shared area, everything was very generously stocked and perfect. I was welcomed by two very friendly and hospitable gentlemen who made me feel very welcome and explained everything there was to know about the place. It was most appreciated to meet people who care about their business and do it with such skill and pride - much better than opening a door with a code, much more human. I recommend this perfect place warmly to other travelers.
