The neighborhood is charming, with many nice spots by the canal—peaceful, yet within walking distance of the city center. There were some mosquitoes, which is typical for Venice, so we recommend bringing a repellent or electric device to keep them away . Overall, a great experience!

Veronetta House is a small Guest House offering 3 rooms decorated in different colours, and featuring oak-beamed ceilings traditional of Verona. Both Verona Arena and the cathedral are a 10-minute walk away. The room is lovely. The location is perfect.
