Tomaruku was an excellent choice and we would love to return one day in the near future.

Extremely close to Sunday Market and the hirome market. Bed was clean and comfortable. Communal areaa like shower/basins/kitchenette/dining area were clean and well thought out.

The property is non-smoking and is located 18 km from Kōchi Station. The hostess is a lovely, kind lady who looked after us very well. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast delicious. The hostess kindly organized transportation of my partner's heavy backpack to the next accommodation so she could walk more easily on that leg of our pilgrimage. It was my second stay and I look forward to returning one day.

The location is also perfect, either on the way to or back from Cape Ashizuri and Temple 38.

To stay with the young couple host was great, picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at the bus station each day to do our excursions. Surrounded by farm land & greenery! Are dinner together and chatted in the evenings. Noah the dog is very cute too 😁
