All aspects of the hotel were just perfect and we really thank Khon from the bottom of our hearts for all the effort and energy he puts in to his customers and hotel! Thank you from Lotte and Sjors

At the guest house, all units have bed linen and towels. I thought that this was just another guesthouse but the design and the quality of the stay was excellent. Arrived earlier than expected and I already got the room ready for use. Room was spacious, clean and really aesthetically pleasing. The location was central and personally for me, quiet which was helpful for me to read and do my reflection. There was food around the area so you don’t have to fret. Breakfast was also provided and the team checks in with you every evening on what you like to have. Having transferred from another luxury hotel, the experience at Baan Pila is comparable and perhaps even more personalised. Free bike was super helpful for me to travel around (even cycling to the gym which was not too far away). I was amazed by the quality of the amenities (shampoo and handwash) that I bought the original brand when I returned to Vientiane. I would recommend anyone to consider staying with the team.

We really felt in love with this place and Luang Prabang and kept on extending - we ended up staying for ten days. Vivanh and here family are wonderful hosts and their hospitality is next level. They have some unique recommendations, are really helpfull and make this place feel like home! The place is located in a green and authentic area on the other the side of the river and has something magical, with the both the view on Luang Prabang city centre and the green surroundings of the river. The room is spacious, authenic and has everything you need (like a small fridge). There are some nice restaurants on a walking distance and you can easily rent a scooter or take a free bike to reach the city centre in 5 minutes.
