The staff were extremely helpful and nice. I only stayed for one night but it was perfect. It is a little bit far away from the main attractions in downtown Luang Prabang but for me that was not a problem, as it was perfect to explore other venues and eateries in Luang Prabang. Keo, her family and her staff are extremely friendly people, always there to help, recommend things to go and keeping the place very clean. There only a handful of rooms so the place never get crowded. We work online and wifi was great. The balcony is very pleasant in the morning and at night (or anytime of the day really). We also did our laundry, which was done the day itself (20k kip per kilo). I would highly recommend it for a quiet place (apart from the street dogs barking) and away from all the activities of the city center but still very near center (10-15min walk via bamboo bridge or boat)
