Tony, thank you for creating such a cozy and special place. After a long year of busyness, I finally had the chance to slow down and enjoy a truly wonderful holiday in your little paradise. Located within the UNESCO World Heritage Site of George Town, Ren I Tang Heritage Inn is located in a restored building from the 1800s. Spanning an area of 3 shop house units, the property features free WiFi, a restaurant and small museum on the ground floor, which used to be a medical hall. One of the most beautiful hotels that we have ever visited. Renovated in an old fashioned style with attention to every single detail. It was our haven of peace in the middle of vibrant Little India district. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious. Highly recommended!

This simple but elegantly furnished apartment in George Town's historic center was ideal for my stay in the city. If you're without a car and would like to have everything that you need nearby, there's no better place to book. The owner(s) also supply a handy shortlist of locations of both utility and recreation on Google Maps in case you haven't spelled it out for yourself yet.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, washing machine available. Great communication and responsiveness from the host. Would get back!

Howie is an amazing host and takes care of everything you need! He's very communicative, gives you a lot of reccomendations, which is very helpful when it's your first time in Georgetown. Everything's clean, the kitchen is well equipped, loved the snacks in the morning! Also WiFi is good which is an important factor for me as I work remotley. The location itself couldn't be any better, also it's a short walk to the port if you want to go/come from Butterworth. My room didn't have a window, this always confuses me a bit, because you never know what time of the day it is when you wake up, but that's not a big deal. AC is quiet and does a good job. There are so many little details that make this place unique. Also it's a great Hostel to meet other travellers. Last but not least I want to mention the cats! They are adroable and friendly, in case you have cats at home and you miss being surrounded by them - this is the place to stay for you!
