The suite we stayed in is spaceous and comfortable. The breakfast was super good with local products and Helen and Vera made something special (pancakes, banana bread, etc.) every day to surprise us. Breakfast is served on a covered outside patio where we sat at a round table with the other guest, which we enjoyed a lot. We met nice and interesting people and had great conversations. Helen and Vera also gave us great tips for restaurants, sights and even running trails. We stayed at the guesthouse for nine days and really loved it. We highly recommend it.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. I spent 5 nights there and was very happy with everything

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Well equipped cottage in a beautiful location. The neighbor who helped us get checked in was very kind and helpful. The owner was very responsive on text.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The guest house features a public bath and luggage storage space. Blew away my expectations. Bread delivered outside your door every morning in a hanging basket. There was a welcome basket with a couple large loaves of bread, wine, tins of tuna, tea - very nice and unexpected. Oats, cereals, milk, and eggs available. Kitchen was well equipped with necessities. A couple nice patios for lounging and eating while looking at the ocean across the quiet street. The public pool was closed for the season but it is right there.

The view is top, the bedrooms were great, the BBQ place was so cool and the host was very friendly and took care of everything. We could also leave our luggage in the apartment after we checked out. Definitely can recommend the apartment :)

The guest house has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Sao was such a wonderful hostess!! So kind and helpful. The breakfast served here was fantastic, the room perfect for our needs and the balcony so beautiful!! Lajes was an excellent location for us, we loved the pastry shop and restaurant just up the street. Quiet but neighborly, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island! Highly recommend renting a car and taking advantage of the ocean swimming holes! Sao Roque had the best one. And the bar Cella Bar near the capital has a gorgeous view!
