Ample parking, once we found it!! Easy walk to town along the ocean. Large grocery store and tasty restaurants all within walking distance. We enjoyed use of the kitchen for a couple simple dinners.

Room with sea view, huge comfortable bed, very clean, parking place and with delicious breakfast and the most helpful and welcoming hosts - Hellen and Vera!!! they helped us with so much details on everything, what to do, places good to eat, the island and culture in general and they left us cake in the evening waiting for us, we loved everything about this property!

The commun rooms are really clean and there is enough space to hangout and have a good time. The location is great and they provide a taxi service which is cheaper than the taxi company on the island. But the best from this place is our host! This lovely couple who are so welcoming, sweet, friendly and available for their guests! They are making you living the dream with them! Thank you again for this amazing moment!

Sunflower Guest House - Madalena - Pico is situated in São Caetano. The property has mountain and garden views. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Well equipped cottage in a beautiful location. The neighbor who helped us get checked in was very kind and helpful. The owner was very responsive on text.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The guest house features a public bath and luggage storage space. Blew away my expectations. Bread delivered outside your door every morning in a hanging basket. There was a welcome basket with a couple large loaves of bread, wine, tins of tuna, tea - very nice and unexpected. Oats, cereals, milk, and eggs available. Kitchen was well equipped with necessities. A couple nice patios for lounging and eating while looking at the ocean across the quiet street. The public pool was closed for the season but it is right there.

This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, tennis at the tennis court, free private parking and free WiFi. The guest house features facilities for disabled guests. We had a wonderful stay. The view is top, the bedrooms were great, the BBQ place was so cool and the host was very friendly and took care of everything. We could also leave our luggage in the apartment after we checked out. Definitely can recommend the apartment :)

The guest house has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Sao was such a wonderful hostess!! So kind and helpful. The breakfast served here was fantastic, the room perfect for our needs and the balcony so beautiful!! Lajes was an excellent location for us, we loved the pastry shop and restaurant just up the street. Quiet but neighborly, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island! Highly recommend renting a car and taking advantage of the ocean swimming holes! Sao Roque had the best one. And the bar Cella Bar near the capital has a gorgeous view!

This eco-friendly resort offers modern and spacious accommodation with a private terrace and views of the Atlantic ocean. It has a hot tub on the premium apartment and it is just a 5-minute walk to the centre of Madalena village and 50 metres from the Ocean. This place was pure paradise. By far our favorite appartment among our whole trip on several islands. Actually... may be the best appartment I've ever stayed in during my years of travel across the world. It was perfectly clean and quiet, big enough to feel like home. The kitchen and the bathroom are well equiped, and there is plenty of storage space. The location on Pico island is perfect. 10 minutes walk from the city center, the ferry, the grocery store and the best restaurant of the area (Tasca O Petisca). The staff is amazing. Friendly, helpful, kind, efficient. They answer quickly and are patient. Finally, the view from the (large!) balcony is breathtaking. Definitely worth it, we would book there again without hesitation and we strongly recommand this place.
