Good location and friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is that everyone in my room became sick, so maybe a bug had gone around? Or perhaps the water wasn't very clean- the shower water had a bad smell so maybe we became ill from accidentally having water in our mouth from a shower.

The room had both AC and fan, which was great and a really big fridge. There was no safe, but I felt comfortable leaving my things in the room as it felt like you were just staying at home. The family was lovely. Someone always seemed to be at the desk and helped me when I couldn't figure out the room lock the first day. They also looked after my bags after checkout and gave me a lift to the pier for only 100 baht. Really loved it here
