We had a great stay here. Great facilities. Had free water dispenser downstairs and free washing and a dryer on the top floor. Room was clean and comfy. Definitely stay here if you get the chance. Good value.

Our room was very nice and comfortable. The family is great. Interesting neighbourhood. Very quiet. We had bicycles and they were able park them and keep them safe.

This room is sooo good for the price, after some weeks traveling through Vietnam I came across many scams and places with fake reviews but this is definitely not one of those. The room is clean and comfortable. There's coffee, tea, instant noodles, washing machine, + dryer, wow! Better than a private room in a Hostel and you have your own bathroom. I can definitely recommend

This 2-star guest house offers a shared kitchen, luggage storage space and free WiFi. The accommodation offers a concierge service, room service and organising tours for guests. The water pressure was strong, heater was good. Many eateries nearby. The owner (the woman) was very nice and accommodating although she couldn’t speak English. When she saw us bringing a plastic of clothes, she asked “laundry?” then she brought us to nearest laundry (not self service) and it’s affordable (45,000 VNĐ for around 4 kgs). She also helped us to communicate to the grab driver when we ordered the grab food. Very happy!

Hope the way i share to you will help other guests as well! I really appreciate you wait us at our later check-in (we are coming at 3am) - it was so nice to meet you fast and fall asleep after quite a long time into planes! It's not for all, but for me is quite good to have a room at 4th floor near the rooftop place - i like to going smoke to 5 meters (smokers, always ask about it!), even if it is smaller than other's. The rest as i expected - great location (10-15 minutes walk to any center destinations), calm side street (quite important for Q1), easy access, full cooking set into the room (so you can make coffee/food into the room then you need it - but also cafe and street food in 20m from the facility for guys don't like this). Wifi ok, working place (in case you need it) ok too (i like you shift-mirror idea!).
