Although the view was blocked with One World Plaza, it was good. Elevators were amazing, never waited more than a couple of minutes (stayed at the 29th floor!). Room was clean, comfortable and had necessary amenities (towels, dresser, hangers, safe, microwave, TV, etc.). AC works fine. Not so subtle though. It is either on or heats like hell. Location was very good. We were very close to many trains to get where we wanted. There are many places to eat nearby (definitely try Artichoke Pizza). We had a problem with metrocard and the staff at the reception desk helped us solve it. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book this place again.
