It was a great location for the family event I was attending. The room was pretty clean and the front staff were friendly. I liked that there were restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

staff is FANTASTIC! I've stayed at this hotel at least 7 times in the last year and they never disappoint! i love the location-- not too far from times square area but not smack in the centre of it so you aren't surrounded by tourists the second you walk out of the hotel. really if you have the time and interest you can get anywhere by foot which i love! the rooms have a microwave, mini fridge and you can control the heating and air ((not to be taken for granted since some older hotels can only have the heating or the cooling system on at once so you can get really stuffy in the winter if the ac can't be used). bottom line: whenever i travel to the city i know i have nothing to worry about when i stay at this hilton! friendly staff, clean facilities, great location, hotel amenities are everything i need to be comfortable for a 4 day stay in manhattan!

All the good things you’d expect from a Hilton - staff welcoming and helpful. Room very comfortable (and excellent view of the New York skyline - extra for that though). Breakfast buffet or a la carte so that was good too, as were the choices.
