The hotel runs a shuttle bus every few minutes to the Bayside station. The staff was very friendly and the Twin Ocean room was very comfortable and spacious. The airport limousine bus has a stop at this hotel which is very convenient to go to the airport.

If it were possible to give a higher rating than 5 I would, 10 sounds good. We were greeted by Shinoda-san and the service he provided was outstanding. We felt like special guests from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Staff was outstanding, Facilities were outstanding. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities. We will definitely be back.
