Birdy House was a delightful stay, we loved it the moment we opened the front door off the quiet cobblestoned street… it’s beautifully decorated with attention to details. It had just about everything we needed for an 11 day stay…some kitchen cooking condiments, (check the cupboards before you head off to the market), close to walk everything, lots of restaurants and shopping, a cute little patio…and quiet at night.

Very cozy place with excellent amenities and Mark and his family were incredibly welcoming. We also had one of the best breakfasts we've had in years. Additional plus is that the house and its surroundings are set on a hill, so you can chill out during the evenings there outside, watching the sunset.

Reaching the property was easy with Google Maps, it is very close to Tavira so very easy to reach any supermarkets, restaurants, cultural events and beaches. Our apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including amenities for cooking and storing food in the fridge. Welcome gifts were such a sweet addition! The pool was amazing to swim in, and other guests were quiet and respectful. Truly a gem in the nature to enjoy our babymoon! We will surely come back again when in the region.

Freshly prepared from high quality local ingredients and served individually. Delicious
