Everything was just perfect! Rich choice in breakfast, comfy bed, big screen TV, clean bathroom. Guy in reception was very kind and supportive, organised the payed parking option (I highly recommend that!), also gave the map of the city and advised a lot of places to visit, gave some traveling tips and trics.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Quickly responded to all my questions with patience and kindness. The bed was very comfortable, great shower, thick towels, artistically decorated, and a bottle of water and treat! I asked for a room at the top floor and my wish was granted!

Very confortable room in a charming location (Kapana neighborhood is the soul of Plovdiv). The bed was really confortable and the location is great, next to the Roman Stadium remains and main pedestrian street with the Old Town, Roman Theatre and Forum in a 5/10 minutes walking. The staff is very kind and friendly, giving great hints and suggestions.
