Really comfortable and peaceful stay. Stunning views and walks on doorstep. Excellent transport links. The villa is an exclusive area - just out the tourist-filled Lucerne but close enough to get to places and do everything you want to (20 mins on the 21 bus). We booked a 2 adult room with a child, but the they triple booked our room to 2 other families, they lied to us that the lock for our room is broken. Shifted us to a single bed room. and gave us a mattress

Very clean room and common parts. Comfortable and very quiet room. Nice and easy communication with host. Towels and toothbrush/paste left on the bed for our convinience (with a swiss chocolate). Easy to find
