This is a room on the ground floor of a house. The family lives upstairs. They are extremely friendly and helpful. The house is a 10-minute walk from the IFEMA exhibition center. It is located in a quiet, peaceful environment and it is safe.

I had a last minute cancellation form another hotel and this hotel was available in very short notice so we were very impressed with it. The hotel is very nice and clean. The weather was not so good in Madrid but the hotel also has a nice garden and pool. The staff is available 24hours and very accessible for questions and support. The room was enormous with a wide functional bathroom. The breakfast was simple but can be added with only 6euro.

The staff was very nice and helped with anything. I arrived late and they were very welcoming. The room was great and the air-conditioning was nice too. There were complimentary items in the bathroom which was useful for me who packed very little on my weekend trip.

The shuttle service was accurate and on time, making our travel stress-free. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a good rest before our flight. Also, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth airport stay!

Thanks to its location and the very efficient (and free!) shuttle bus service, this hotel is a great option if you need accommodation close to the airport. The staff is really helpful and our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Very good value for money.
