The automatic reception was SUPER nice and easy. The room had everything you could dream of. We had issues with the Wi-Fi, but the hotel replied to our email immediately and fixed it.

Very friendly and warm welcoming hosts! Both Fernando and Belen are the best hosts imaginable. You can feel the love. They are really helpful providing information on the public transport to Bilbao and places to visit. The rooms are very clean - spotless. It is really the best "pied-a-terre" for a couple days in Bilbao. Highly recommemded.
