1. Excellent location, very close to the bus/railway station. 2. The facilities are new and very clean, and the luggage storage is very convenient. 3. The self-service check-in process is easy and fast. 4. Communication with customer service via WhatsApp is very smooth, and the feedback is very fast. 5. We loved our stay! It was very central and in easy walking distance to markets and restaurants. The room is comfortable and well equipped with towels, toiletries, and even some drinks in the fridge.

The SB Arenal is only 80 meters from the beach of Palma de S'Arenal and 10 minutes drive from Palma airport. It is 750 meters from the Mega Park and 900 meters from Beer Street.
