Cosy studio with all u need: comfortable bed, kitchinette, coffe pot, little terasse where u can chill... Everything very clean ! The studio is perfectly located: close to the beach (3min walk), 2 bakery's, nice coffee place, good places to eat , 3min walk from the train station from which u can easily get to Nice (10min), Antibes, Cannes etc.; you are also very close to the airport (15min by bus). And above that all Florence is a very nice host: friendly, available, flexible ! It was a perfect stay, away from hustle and bustle of the Cote d'Azur but still at your fingertips if u want it. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel is managed by a lady, who is really the best. Personally, I felt like I came to my grandma with chicken. It was cute and hospitable. We took an option for dinner and breakfast, and we weren't mistaken, it was tasty, portions were sufficient. And the icing on the cake was when we were sleeping our children got up and they were looking after by a hostess, marvellous!

We've had 4 perfect nights at Terry and Laura's B&B called 'Mas des Arts'. Both of them are so kind and you can really feel they have a passion for what they do. This is the first time that the place in real life was even better looking than the pictures. The surroundings of this place are amazing. To have breakfast at the quiet pool-side of the B&B, with the birds whistling around you, is magical. Breakfast includes everything you wish for, and more. Fresh fruit, bread and local cheese, good coffee, eggs the way you like them, etc. The place is located 20 minutes from Nice and 10-15 minutes from St. Paul de Vence. Both must-visits! We recommend others to rent a car, but Uber is available in this place. The rooms are brand-new with everything you need. Modern bathroom, lots of closet-space, quiet airconditioning. The bed is comfortable with luxurious linnen and sheets. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We will 100% come back and recommend you to family and friends.

We loved everything. The location and excellent breakfasts every day, with fresh pressed juice, different pastries, cheese, ham, eggs, fruit and more! Great tea selection. VEronique was our host at La Tuiliere. She is a warm spirit beautiful soul lady that makes you feel right at home the moment you arrive to her place. The accommodation was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast that she serves is amazing. Definitely a place to stay outside Nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We rented a car so didn't mind that we were not in the center of town.
