Zoe and Craig are very friendly and hospitable. The communication before check-in was smooth, and during the stay, they gave us warm welcome (and freshly made cookies :D). This property is a lovely home converted to a wonderful hotel. It has a great location overlooking the whole of Llandudno featuring the promenade. We were able to walk anywhere from this spot. We were very grateful to find it as our previously booked accommodation was unavailable at the last moment. Johnathan and Valerie were so gracious, inviting and kind to us. They instantly recognized the stress of our dilemma and assisted us to settle into their hotel and town. It was a safe and welcoming landing. Our room was very comfortable and a welcome retreat after a long day of travel. Breakfast in the dining room was just lovely overlooking the garden in the bright warm sunshine. Jonathan had lots of suggestions of what to see and do and as we are walkers chose to walk the Great Orme for the day. He had suggested this and pointed out many sites to look in on as we were walking. We were just able to spot the Isle of Man over the Irish Sea in the bright sun! Thank you so much Valerie for our travel conversation. You have inspired me to look into all the areas we talked about. Thank you so much for your kind assistance on the phone. I am not sure how else we could have resolved our issue. Bron Orme is a welcoming lovely hotel.
