Breakfast is wonderful, it is served in warm, straight from kitchen, all food are fresh, there is Day Room and kitchen with complete cooking utensils, microwave, fridge, dish washing machine, ironing board, very clean & comfortable. Bed is big & comfy. Bathroom is clean with hot & cold water. The owners are friendly & helpful. Definitely will go back there when I visit Edinburgh again.

Nicola was the sweetest host ever! So kind and generous, she made us feel so welcomed and made our stay easier. The place is also great, very clean and cozy, felt like a fairytale cottage. It was an amazing stay even though quite brief. Clean room, clean bathroom, amazing breakfast with many options to choose from. Landlady was so nice and friendly. Would recommend 10/10
