The ensuite is very comfy. The host is very friendly and responsive. We stayed here for the Liverpool football match and stadium tour on the next day. The location is very close to the stadium, just 3 mins walk. And the it is close to the bus station, which can access the city centre shortly on match day. The shower is absolutely lovely with strong hot water.

Short stay at Francis's, but it was magnificent, I would come back without hesitation and I recommend it to you all. Francis is wonderful, outgoing, available, responsive, super friendly. We were able to chat when I arrived, share a drink, laugh. The accommodation is magnificent, cozy, very very clean. The bedding is top of the range, we sleep well, the bathroom is perfect, the living room is impeccable with coffee and tea in the kitchen available.
