It's not just a room but a small apartment with a separate entrance from the garden, its own bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. It gives a lot of privacy, so you can relax perfectly. Very nice and hospitable host, and the apartment itself is very clean and tidy as well as warm and cozy. You would like to stay longer!

The room just screamed of luxury, it was amazing, it smelt great & interior design was brilliant. I got a free upgrade to the sea side corner room which couldn't have been better. The bathroom was greatly sized.

From there, it's quick and easy to get to the city centre, also usung the public transport as there is a bus stop just a minute away. I booked this Hotel as part of my Solo Hiking trip around the South of England. It has this Brighton Character Artístic Vibe which I am not into it, but all the people love (and I get why). The room I booked was lovely, "naughty" (in a good way), with fantastic quality in the Amenities. For example, the quality of the Towels was really good. Shower was really good too. Honestly, the best WiFi connection in any Hotel I have been in England. The owners are really nice and they even contact you if they are not able to welcome you at the Check-In. All very comfy. I would def come back if I was with my partner. As a solo traveller I felt it was too much for me lol (in a good way)
