It's the second time we come to this fantastic place. We love it with all our hearts, and I decided to take my mother on a trip to show her the famous Georgian hospitality and the mountains. The house is located outside the busy area, so you can quickly drive to Mestia or other places. The FOOD is SO DELICIOUS, we were the happiest people on earth after every dinner. We would be glad to come back again. If you're reading this - book this place, don't hesitate!

The river Svaneti was the great place to start our hike from Mestia to Ushguli. We definitely recommend it. It is cosy and clean. The owner is very nice, he took us by car to the shop, because the place is in the calmer place little bit further from the centre, but OK to walk. The breakfast were amazing too. Thank you for everything

The location is fairly close to the center of Mestia, there is also a shop nearby (and a killer shawarma). The rooms are nice and there is additional space to hang out around like balconies and the large kitchen area. Everything inside the rooms was fine and clean.

Manana's guesthouse provides simple yet clean and nice rooms with bathrooms and balconies. The house is well-designed with all amenities you may need during your stay. We have spent 4 winter days there enjoying its warmth and coziness. The house But what makes Manana's house so special is Manana herself. Being a former major of Georgian Boarder Police she knows virtually everything and everyone in Svanetia. In terms of organizing various things you may wish to see or do in Mestia and Svanetia this is a real gem. Need to ride somewhere? Manana will arrange this. Need to know sauna opening hours? Manana will check this for you. And so on and so forth. But I would be damn if I mentioned only this. Above all Manana is a superb cook being able to prepare traditional Svan and Georgian dishes for breakfast and dinner anytime you wish. I bet your own mamma couldn't do better. I have never met a better, as easygoing, and well-organized host.

location is super great, in the center of Mestia. Very comfortable to go out strolling . Very attentive owners, they explained me everything in details, what and where should i see, how to get there and offered me their help to get the desired destination. The room where i was staying was small, but I purposefully chose it during the reservation because I was a SOLO traveler, it was clean and warm. Overall, I would recommend Guesthouse Kaldani to all people who love coziness and cleanliness
