We were very happy with our apartment which is situated a few meters and a few stairs away from the Monemvasia main gate (please note that you have to carry your suitcases or backpacks because of the cobble stones). The apartment is nicely furnished, offers a great view on the ocean from the windows (+ from the bed :)) and also has amenities like a coffee machine & coffee tabs. The owners have a store downstairs where you can get the keys and buy their local products like olive oil, wine or skin care. We had some problems with noise from the opposite bar one night because they tend to play loud music on Saturdays and the hosts did all they can to make up for it, even though it was not their fault and we really appreciated it. In terms of hospitality, these were one of the nicest hosts we have met so far.

John & Christos are fantastic people who happen to live in paradise. If you love nature, this is the place. Amazing landscapes, crystal clear water, secluded beaches, good food and an incredible garden. The house is brand new and originally decorated, and nothing beats the views from the room balcony. You will sleep perfectly. We wish we could come back every year.

We like the property location!!! It was on the uphill with an amazing view of the sea and Peloponnese mountains! The relaxing pool bed beside a swimming pool gave you the ultimate relaxation in your mind and your body!! It was my favorite spot at all times, but especially at sunset!!

Our stay at this place was simply amazing. The house exceeded all of our expectations; it was truly a dream—cozy, perfectly equipped, and with a unique atmosphere that made us feel at home from the very first moment. Fantastic uninterrupted views of Monemvasia from the balcony. Modern, featured-stone style. Continental breakfast is great value if you decide to order. A couple of minutes from the centre of town by car. Car parking. Staff are great. Highly recommend.

Brilliant renovated buildings, nicely refurbished interior, fantastic balcony. The Art Hotel is located in the middle of this tiny village. Breakfast is on demand...we ordered one for the first morning (greek style), it was way too much.

    Amazing view from patio. We were on ground floor with comfy seats and garden. The double bed was the worst the two of us have slept in. So soft. The patio concept great but could be improved with a little love and new planting of annuals. Noisy on road at night. Super lovely host tho.

    Such a lovely place, we looking forward to come back again. Michael & John were great hosts, the atmosphere was gorgeous and totally enjoyed the wine tasting at their Shop in the centre of the city. Highly recommended!!
