The welcome we received on arrival was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and explained everything about the property, facilities, etc. The kitchen was open to guests and filtered water was freely available. The room was gorgeous, and had an outdoor bath. The open plan living/dining area for guests was huge. Location was about 2 minutes walk from beach.

They are located in the center of Seminyak, which is very busy day and night, but you can enjoy the silence, which allowed me to work for several days. Yes, my stay was so good that I stayed for more days. The property is run by a family who are always attentive to their guests. They asked me how I was and made sure everything was okay. We took a lot of time to choose our accommodation in Seminyak area. We were thinking about two other options but finally we took the chance of trying this new hotel. And this was totally the best option. The service was outstanding from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Eddy took well care about everything. The hotel is even more beautiful than you think. The room is very big, you have all the space you need to place your luggage and cloths on a nice little closet. Everything is well cleaned and maintained.The mattress and bed sheets and all the amenities are great quality and all matching for an unbeatable accessible price. The super plus is the big pool : delicious warm and relaxing. The access to the hotel is very easy from main street and parking was so easy. We really enjoyed and extended our stay here several days.

It’s a new place, so everything is new. The staff were also kind and extremely hospitable. They even let me extend by few hours as my flight was in the night! They also gave me raincoat to go out for lunch when it was raining! Loved it!
