Very nice place! Top location, in the nicest part of Guwhati. You can walk most places of interest. The rooms are very well maintained, and super clean. We enjoyed our stay here very much, and would definitely recommend to others.

Great experience! The room was clean and spacious yet cozy. Extended my stay, no unnecessary formalities, seamless experience. All the facilities mentioned were provided, AC, free WiFi, geyser, free RO drinking water in the common area, kitchen, fridge, tv. Overall a great deal for this price range with a helpful host. I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The location was perfect - close to all the main attractions. My stay was completely hassle-free, thanks to the efficient and friendly host and staff. They ensured that I had everything I needed, without being intrusive, allowing me to enjoy my personal space undisturbed. The property itself was beautiful, with a lovely kitchen area that was fully equipped and perfect for whipping up a quick meal. The safe and secure parking was an added bonus. Baruah Bhavan is a place I always return to when in Guwahati. It offers a comforting, home-like routine—tea on the terrace, walks by the river (though this time, construction along the riverside put that on hold), and homely rooms that make you feel at ease. Long, leisurely lunches at the dining table add to the warmth, making it feel less like a residency and more like being a guest at a family friend’s home. Special thanks to Jyoti and the staff for taking such good care of us. Also pretty decent WiFi.

Everything was like as it shown in the picture.. Everything's great and it feels like our home and i rate it 10/10.. Also Minhas the care taker did the best everything for us.. his English is not that good but he tried his best and i saw his sincerity and dedication in his job..
