The hostel is clean and beautiful, the view is outstanding. The staff are so nice and welcoming, offering the best service in all terms. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hot water anytime. The rooftop jacuzzi is amazing even during semi cold weather. The breakfast is very good.

Gorgeous setting, embedded in the lap of nature. One of the best homestays we've had - rooms are tastefully appointed - gorgeous views all round - super hospitable hosts in Abil and family. Can't wait to return. Abil even took us on a tour through the property nursery and plantation. LOVED IT! ,,🌹🌿🌼

Amazing. We had the warmest welcome from Benny and his family. The room is lovely with a balcony that overlooks beautiful scenery. It’s so picturesque. The food is without doubt the best we have tasted. But it was the warm hospitality and kindness that made this stay perfect. Benny shared his knowledge of the land with us, and Sheeja shared fresh homemade food beyond our expectations. We are traveling around Kerala, but I can’t imagine that we will find anywhere that surpasses Sceva’s Garden. It is near the tea estates and trips can be arranged, but in all honesty our favourite time was sitting on the balcony looking at the view.

We extended our stay here to spend 4 nights….and so glad we did…we needed ‘calm’ and got it!! Joe and his family couldn’t have been more accommodating and engaging. Super nice:) The breakfast was perfect and dinner each night was wonderful…and they catered to my daughter’s dietary requests. The morning mist views from the balcony were beautiful and all necessities were provided in the rooms. Joe helped arrange activities and transportation but we never felt rushed or ‘planned’. It was a perfect end to a crazy busy India itinerary.

The location is very peaceful. It is a nice property over seeing the forest and plantation . (we had the room with a big terrace) The owner and manager were very kind and very attentive during our stay. We were served a nice breakfast every morning and could order home made dishes for dinner. They were also very helpful in ordering a tuktuk to go around the region if you are not coming with your own vehicle. Great stay with very nice people!
