The location was stunning, the view from our house was breathtaking, and the property and facilities were perfect. The hot tub was super warm, enjoyable, and added to the whole experience. Being able to sit under the stars and take it all in, simply amazing! The kitchen was HUGE and perfect to cook in. It was a perfect place to spend Christmas. We loved our stay here and will definitely come back in the future!

the host is nice person to helping out alot. Our room heater was down and he got us a standby replace. the next day he gave us a free upgrade room with heater. the location is good to move around to shop or buy grocery. i will be back again, see you Sam.

Center of city, close to everything, 5 minutes from downtown, close bus station which allowed really handy pickups to tours and excursions when the weather was rough, the shared bathroom ain't that bad considering there are 1 on each floor and depends on the people staying there how long they take,which is not long, really helpful staff which aided me in every request, if I ever visit Iceland again definitely will stay there again

I loved the mirrors on the hallway walls, they made it look very spacious and bright, especially in combination withe the glass wall separating the kitchen on the 2nd floor. The location is very close to downtown Reykjavik and the BSI station, and even has a private parking lot (which I didn't need this time but it would've been very useful if I had a car).
