This is very good place for stay (not long distance from train station and city center), the owner is very helpful, speaking English. The room was very clean, inside the room and bathroom you can find many amenities that are missing even in more expensive hotels (space for towels, cosmetics and clothes when you are using the bathroom, the maps and informations about town you are, sleep mask and earplugs etc.). The owner took care of the very nice interior design.
