We cannot possibly say enough nice things about our day in Bologna. Our host went above and beyond, not only suggesting a restaurant, but also making reservations for us and then, as there were disruptions with our train from Rome, keeping tabs on us and keeping the restaurant updated with our later later arrival time. The place is spacious, modern, super clean with a very comfortable bed and a wonderful rain shower. Bed is very comfortable and we slept well. We did not have time to enjoy the balcony, which really adds another room when the weather is warm. Coffee and breakfast pastries were provided, always a nice and appreciated treat. Location is very close to the train station, and a short walk to Plaza Maggiore - the centre of town. We loved our time in Bologna, and when we come back, this will be where we stay. Highly recommended!!

Ariam is perfectly located! The room was not very big, but it was very confortable and clean, well decorated, with great utilities and AC. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the biscuits provided, as well as for the possibility to refill our bottles with drinkable good quality and fresh water. Federica was exceptional. She warmly welcomed us and provided a lot of good recommendations about Bologna (it made our trip much better). She was also very communicative and responsive everytime we needed.

From the very first message, we could feel Mary’s warmth and genuine care. 🥰 Even though we never met in person, her kindness shone through every word — always thoughtful, attentive, and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The accommodation itself was absolutely wonderful: spotless, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location to enjoy Bologna’s charming streets, cafés, and atmosphere. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and filled with lovely details that instantly made us feel at home. It’s rare to feel such a personal connection without meeting face-to-face, yet Mary made us feel truly welcome and cared for from afar. 💛 We’re leaving with warm hearts, beautiful memories, and the hope to return one day. Everything was perfect! Communication and the warm welcome were excellent, and the parking recommendation was super helpful. Since the property is brand new, everything was spotlessly clean. The shower was by far the best I’ve experienced in any hotel so far. Having complimentary Nespresso was a great bonus. The location is amazing, very close to the city center. The only small downside was that the main entrance key was a bit tricky to use, but it didn’t affect the overall experience. If I come back to Bologna, I would definitely stay here again.
