We had a 2 nights stay in La Veneziana Boutique Rooms 2 and it was the perfect Venetian experience. The place is so clean, elegant and comfortable. Toilet is new and clean. I appreciated all little details including slippers plus all the free drinks inside the fridge- there was some Prosecco, beer, soda and water. I didn’t expect that there were also free Italian breakfast. The staff are so nice, kind and even gave us some tips on how to use the gondola. It is also nearby Piazza San Marco and Rialto.

We stayed in a yellow house that blended perfectly into the colorful surroundings. The bedding and towels were fresh. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom. Everything in the apartment was new. Near Casa Burano, we ate delicious oysters and gnocchi with zucchini and scallops. Nice staff. We highly recommend this place.

This apartment offered an unexpected surprise as it was a hybrid AirBnB and hotel—providing daily housekeeping. Very clean, spacious and had a good layout. It also had an outside deck with a lovely canal view. Our location, in the Castillo region, was great as it was close to points of interest, shopping and restaurants but removed enough to be quiet and relaxing in the evenings. The resident manager, Alessandro Molin, provided exceptional service, assistance and pre-arrival communication. I highly recommend and certainly will return.

Newly renovated accommodation in an excellent condition where we had everything we needed. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was a blessing after a warm day of sightseeing. It’s also ideally located in a quiet area with good restaurants nearby, yet only a short walk from St. Mark’s Square. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and flexible. It was easy to contact them, they were always available if we needed anything. This was our first trip to Venice, and staying here made it truly unforgettable. We would love to come back in the future.

    Stefania is the most lovely host; we felt very welcome and well cared for. The place is beautiful and serene, very comfortable and the location is an absolute winner - surrounded by beautiful nature, but very close to the shops and literally 10 min walk/5 min bike(free at the place) to vaporetto. We didn't want to leave that wonderful place 🙂 Thank you for the lovely holiday!!!
