Our hosts were Patrizia and Giovanni. They were very helpful and friendly. The extra night which we stayed was no problem to accommodate and they helped by driving us to and from the railway station. Patrizia also drove us to a lovely restaurant for dinner on the first night and mentioned that some of the staff there spoke English so we could be understood when ordering our meals. Stunning location and the villa and the hosts were wonderful.

Having been kept informed by our hosts as to the key codes and what to do it was easy and the mini apartment was really lovely. there was a lift so no stairs to climb.

The central location was perfect for us as pilgrims walking the Cammino Di San Francesco, with ease of entry from a link of our phone and lovely spacious room with bathroom. The COOP was just a short walk away for supplies and the bed was super comfortable. On such a hot day the air conditioning was also a welcome relief 🥰

The most perfect place to stay in Florence! The owner is a very, very friendly person who gave us detailed instructions to explore Florence. The room was clean, beautiful, big and within walking distance of other attractions in Florence and the bus stop. I will be going back to Florence again and staying at this hotel.
