The hotel was in a good spot near the Basilica Santo Spirito and near Ponte Vecchio. The host was very nice. The water in the minibar is free thats nice. And they have got a tea and coffe machine. The bed was very comfy.

The location is fantastic! There are many luxury brand stores nearby, making shopping very convenient. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Inga and Klodiana, who helped us with a smooth check-in and provided lots of useful information for travel. The building itself is full of history, and I especially loved the charming, vintage windows. A truly wonderful stay!

I liked everything regarding my stay at Santa Rosa rooms! I loved the bedroom decoration as well as the colours they have chosen for the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the room and the rest of the area were very clean. Despite there was no breakfast, the owners have a small space equipped with kitchen facilities and espresso machine in order to make your coffee (they offer espresso capsules for free)!!!

Great location close to the train station and easy walking distance to all attractions, comfortable room and beds. The amenities in the room were perfect with everything you need and it was the best place we stayed while in Italy. Claudio gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and places to go. Everything was perfect!

    Quiet and so peaceful but so close (3 minutes) to the Duomo and therefore the rest of this city’s beautiful centre. Patrick is a great host and wet loved the feeling of staying in a private home rather than a hotel. Our room was enormous and full of character. A totally unique stay.
