The central location and useful directions from our host meant it was very easy to get to from Perugia airport by bus and a mini metro. The room is a short uphill walk away from La Piazza and had perfect facilities for us. Simonetta gave us such a warm welcome that we would love to stay again.

We had no experience living with a host and a shared bathroom before, so it is difficult to judge compared to private apartments. However, Giuseppe and Perla did their best to make us satisfied. Very good communication with the host. Giuseppe gave us his parking space both nights, and made free coffee in the mornings. Quiet room, no street noise at all, great view from the window to the garden, and I especially liked the Eurasian blackcap singing in the garden. Enough bedding, comfortable pillows.

Very nice accommodation with a large and beautiful terrace, situated in a great location.. The description of the accommodation on the booking site is truthful without any 'hidden traps', so you know what you get when you come there. Luca is a very kind and hospitable host. In addition, he kindly took on board my additional requests, which was very helpful and I am very grateful for it. And another big +: the cats are adorable <3 Thank you for a great stay!:)

    Budget accommodation in a great location, walking distance to the city, bus station and train station. Shared bathroom but I was aware of this so it was not a problem for me. Francesco speaks great English, is very helpful and a great host. For what I paid for two nights, I was happy with the accommodation.
