A wonderful room, carefully prepared down to every detail, with a warm and beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly warm and kind, giving us all the best tips for places to eat and detailed instructions on how to reach the apartment. She even provided umbrellas since it was raining heavily that day. The room is in an excellent location, right next to a minimetro stop, making it very easy to get around the city using public transport.

Incredibly special stay! When you enter the drive way to the villa you’re transported to another world and time. Novello and his family are wonderful and warm people who welcome you in to their family home, happy and excited to share the history and stories of their ancestors who lived here. The food is incredible and all made from scratch, gorgeous selection of wine. We enjoyed drinks in the garden before dinner. If you’re after a night or two of enchantment then stay here.

We had no experience living with a host and a shared bathroom before, so it is difficult to judge compared to private apartments. However, Giuseppe and Perla did their best to make us satisfied. Very good communication with the host. Giuseppe gave us his parking space both nights, and made free coffee in the mornings. Quiet room, no street noise at all, great view from the window to the garden, and I especially liked the Eurasian blackcap singing in the garden. Enough bedding, comfortable pillows.

I’ve spent 2 nights at casa di Luca and it was very memorable. The apartment is located close to historical center in lovely neighborhood. It is simple, but have everything you need. This place has very special spirit. It is created by Luca - very deep and thoughtful person. He is open to conversations with guests about everything. Of course if you want to have them) It is unique chance to meet such kind of host. Actually you feel him more like friend then host. Luca, thank you very much!     Budget accommodation in a great location, walking distance to the city, bus station and train station. Shared bathroom but I was aware of this so it was not a problem for me. Francesco speaks great English, is very helpful and a great host. For what I paid for two nights, I was happy with the accommodation.
