Our hosts were Patrizia and Giovanni. They were very helpful and friendly. The extra night which we stayed was no problem to accommodate and they helped by driving us to and from the railway station. Patrizia also drove us to a lovely restaurant for dinner on the first night and mentioned that some of the staff there spoke English so we could be understood when ordering our meals. Stunning location and the villa and the hosts were wonderful.

Maria was super friendly and helpful, she even checked us in way earlier than we had initially told her to expect us. She was, very kind and gave us lots of suggestions on where to eat.

Enjoyed the Vikey experience with the access. It all worked well even if it was a bit of a palaver for making the original booking. The room was very charming and comfy and everything worked extremely well - good location in a lively little town. We were impressed.

The place is truly a little paradise, it was such a relaxed and comfortable stay and everything is made with so much love and care for details! The owners were helpful and they gave us detailed information how to enter the apartment. We got also detailed information where to park the car. In the morning we enjoyed having breakfast in the garden in front of our room with nice views to the mountains.

The accommodation was furnished and decorated with a lot of care and love, it had everything we needed. The house has a beautiful location with a great view of Reggello, you can just sit in the garden by the pool and enjoy. Our little room was very charming and modern, despite being in this amazing historic building! The location is great, you can park your car, you're at the train station in literally 3 minutes from where you can get to Florence in about 15 minutes without the hassle of driving and parking in the city. The room is rather small and might get a bit hot during warmer temperatures but you have everything you need and you're not gonna be spending all day in there anyway. In the evening you can just open the windows to let the cool air in and turn on the fan. The breakfast basket and the coffee mashine was highly appreciated as well, you can even enjoy your breakfast in Sylvia's beautiful garden before heading to busy Florence. Slyvia was a great and fun host who was ready to help with anything.
