The property was right in the heart of town. The view from the balcony was magnificent with breakfast each morning looking over the town and roiling hill it was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. The hosts were so friendly and helpful 10/10.

Centrally located B&B in the old building (former St. Francis monastery I suspect). Fantastic location, great breakfast, all you need is in the rooms, or in a well-equipped kitchen, very nice staff. I can really recommend this place.

We were cycling round Lago Trasimeno so the location was perfect, with a great view over the lake in the evening. Very good breakfast to set us up for the gira.
