Probably the most genuine and lovely people I’ve met during my SEA travels. They’ll welcome you like family and make you feel completely at home. The place itself is beautifully nestled in the peaceful outskirts of Battambang, just a short 15–20 minute ride from the city. It’s rustic, calming, and perfect if you want to unwind and be pampered. Plus, there are plenty of adorable kids around who’ll brighten your day. Can’t wait to come back—highly recommended!

John and Anut were amazing hosts. They made sure you're a well cared for. Went out for coffee in the morning, got some breakfast at the local market. Even took me on an outing for the day to their second property in the country. Anut, John and I had some great conversations. I hung out with Kimlang and UTI in the gardens. Kimlang is an excellent cook. I would highly recommend meal there. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. And they were just nice people to hang out with. He will just love a Anut's smile.

Had a lovely stay at Primprey Second Home! The rooms were super clean, and the bathroom had a cool half-open design with a roof, so it stayed dry even when it rained. The garden was massive, full of flowers and fruit trees (home grown pomelo fruit was a delight), which made it feel so relaxing. Primprey was such a helpful host, showing us around and making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was really tasty, and it was great to have bikes available for rent. Would definitely recommend it for a chilled and enjoyable stay!

Arrangement for tuk tuk driver to collect from coach station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Able to arrange sight seeing tour of Battambang. Also, staff arranged for bus ticket for onward travel and pick up. Food available until late evening. Comfortable bed. Good value for money.

We were in deluxe double room - it’s simple but very clean and functional. Outside area is beautiful, tranquil and super clean. Good food and amazing staff. Very accommodating and helpful. Very good value for money.
