Value for money in the Colombo. It's Very close to the Colombo City and the location was good. It's Very close to Diyatha Uyana park, Port city, Immigration office & Colombo City. Very large room with kitchenette and bathroom, huge flat screen smart TV and A/C. The entire floor has a series of similar flats opening to terrace and landing with microwave, ironing board and laundry lines. Very convenient location near Maharagama centre near the Colombo-Batticaloa highway and at a few minutes from Kotte and Polwatta. The host is fully proficient in accommodating all nationalities and provides a plethora of amenities for either cooking, cleaning, or refreshments. He also was assisting to further my trip in the most budget friendly and efficient manner. All of it for an unbeatable value for money rate.

Great value for the price. Located in a quiet neighborhood, only a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride to the center of Colombo. The host was very friendly and approachable, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean and tidy. Exceptional and unique. Service and cleanliness was impeccable. The room itself is very spacious, and at a comfortable temperature despite the heat outside. Piyanth, our host, was friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended - the sort of experience you will not find in any hotel or resort. We had a great time in Aathma Colombo House. We were lucky enough to be the first guest after the hotel was renovated and the staff made it possible for us to have an unforgettable stay. We had received a very warm welcome and the attention to detail in the design of the property and the rooms is incredible. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in Colombo!

An amazing place with a great heart. lots of beautiful arts and crafts, the swimming pool was perfect, the room was very convenient and well designed, and last but definitely not least - the team!!
