The room was clean, spacious, with a balcony overlooking the.green hills, perfect for chilling..There is hot water in the shower, which is really nice in not so hot evening temperatures. The owner was really helpful and kind, he helped me.organise few trips and recommended a reliable ruk tuk driver and offered advice on things to/see and how to do it. I cannot recommend it enough!

One of the best stays of our trip! The room was very, very clean, it had a mosquito net, warm water and the best wifi we've had in Sri Lanka (once it was working) due to fiber connection. The owner was very friendly and let us check out late for free after our Adam's Peak climb. Also really delicious breakfast :)

The hosts are super helpful and will work around your schedule to produce delicious food.This is a great place to be of you wish to walk to the top of Sri Pada /Adam's Peak, being less than km from the starting point, or even more important less than a km from the finish! Ishara was fabulous, very sweet, cooked us an amazing Sri Lankan dinner, felt like a home stay. She organised our trip to Adam’s Peak at 2am. Very accommodating when we had to change our plans!

The food was delicious and very affordable. You need to give the caretaker at least 2 hours notice to prepare meals. The price for this homestay is excellent, but you get what you pay for.

Hamantha is a wonderful owner. He will provide you with insights and guide you to the best places! His English is very good which makes it easy to have conversation about any topic. The Homestay has a 20 year old guess book with National Geographic in it. I had my own bathroom and enough privacy. just a tip: make sure to take the 2nd blanket that you are being offered. Sometimes in the night it can get cold.
