Luxury interior, great, big bedrooms. Theres a big kitchen, with dining table for 8 people with modern living room. On 2nd floor are bedrooms with 2 luxury bathrooms and one shared living room where we watched netflix before sleep. You can chose breakfast (Sri Lankan or western), both are awesome. House is in quiet part of Colombo, 10km from city centre, 3km from beach. There is also 24h guard in front of complex so bothing to worry about safety.

A newly furnished room with private bathroom in a modern and tastefully decorated flat shared with the friendly owners. Warm-hearted hospitality. They do everything to make your stay a pleasant one. You can be on the beach in two minutes, where there are various cafés and restaurants. Up the street you will find all kinds of shops. The rooftop pool is the icing on the cake! I felt very comfortable and booked my next stay straight away.

The room was very spacious and clean. There was bottled water, tea, and even coffee. The bathroom was super nice, and we could sit outside in the garden. Rohan was always there to answer all our questions and help us with everything. Yes, to get to Colombo, you need transportation, but here's a suggestion.. take the train! You'll love it! Go out to dinner in the area instead of in the city. Malay serves great naan (butter garlic) and curry.

Great little place. Funky common area to hang around in with a good little kitchen area.. the room had great AC, was very clean. I loved the bathrobe, very nice touch. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. They had great recommendations for local food places, train station and even dropped me off nearby. Lovely stay

We had an amazing stay here. The hosts, Sam and Steph, are the most kind, welcoming people you could meet. The staff are very helpful, nothing was a problem for them. The Sri Lankan omelette for breakfast was the best I'd had in the three weeks of travelling the country. Mount Bay Guest House rooms have all that you would expect at more expensive hotels. All the boxes are ticked. A very comfortable stay.

Owners are extremely friendly and helpful, apartment is very big and comfortable! Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and all needed cutlery, pots and pans! Very clean and bed is comfortable with clean sheets and pillows.
