What an amazing location, room and hosts. We had a double room (with a very comfortable bed and blockout curtains) (classed as a 2 bedroom but the 2nd bedroom was locked but we didn't need it). It included free fast wifi, a private bathroom with a spa bath, separate shower, kitchen with a 2 burner cook top, fridge with a small freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery, frypan and pots, kettle, coffee plunger with ground coffee and tea bags. The views from the room and property are wonderful. Set against the grape vines of neighbouring properties with hills in the background. There is outdoor seating and tables for you to enjoy the surrounds while you eat your free generous continental breakfast. Only 15 - 20 minutes from Frankston (Queenstown) in a quiet rural location. We would highly recommend this property. Arjun, in an earlier review, said that there were cameras in the room. We saw none, only smoke detectors. Google Maps was very accurate in getting us to our accommodation. We used the oil heater every night, and it was much appreciated. The bed has an electric blanket, but we didn't use it.

Room and view are fantastic. Feels unique but luxurious, and unlike traditional hotel stay. Breakfast is amazing selection of local produce cooked just for you. Jean-Pierre is a gracious and wonderful host. Can’t thank him enough for making the stay wonderful.

The views from the room and from the hot tub were absolutely exceptional. Very comfy place, well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Easy check in and friendly hosts.

Very large bedroom with the best bed ever. We have travelled almost 6 weeks in NZ and this B&B has been the best. Greet bathroom, large sitting room, with T, Netflix, "Hey Google", kitchen facilities, large fridge etc. Beautifully decorated with art. Perfectly situated for Arrowtown and Queenstown.

We had a very nice stay here, the suite is spacious, clean, beautiful and comfortable. Warren is very nice and friendly, he gave us quite a lot of good suggestions for our visit in Queenstown. We enjoyed our talk with him. Everything is perfect and we will definitely to come back when we have chance to see Queenstown again.

Beautiful place, immaculately kept and run by a wonderful host. Superb attention to detail with all the tiny little extras that make for a perfect stay. We were particularly happy with the BBQ which was used on every one of our three nights. Will be back asap!
